A Simpler Mileage Log

Remember the Purpose, Not the Odometer.

Made for self-employed professionals, gig drivers, real-estate agents, contractors, and anyone who needs a reliable business mileage record.

Automatic When You Need It

MileMarker detects drives in the background, records the route, and ends the drive when you park. Manual start and stop tracking is always available too.

Private by Architecture

Your mileage log stays on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud. There’s no MileMarker account and no server holding your driving history.

Ready for the Recordkeeping

Swipe to classify each drive, add its business purpose, review totals, and export a clean CSV whenever you or your accountant needs it.

How It Works

Drive. Swipe. Done.

Automatic tracking handles the capture. You make the one decision software shouldn’t make for you: whether a drive was business or personal.

  1. 1

    Drive

Keep your iPhone with you. MileMarker notices when a real drive begins.

  2. 2

    Review

Swipe right for Business or left for Personal, then add a purpose if you need one.

  3. 3

    Export

Download your full mileage log as a CSV, or create detailed reports with Pro.

Privacy First

Your Driving History Isn’t Our Business.

A mileage tracker sees everywhere you drive. MileMarker was designed so we don’t. Your drives, routes, and locations stay on your iPhone and sync through your own private iCloud, never a MileMarker database.

There’s no account, no ad network, and no third-party analytics SDK in the app. You can export your data for free, because your mileage history should never be held hostage.

Mileage Tracker Questions, Answered.

The practical details before you put MileMarker in your pocket.

What Is an Automatic Mileage Tracker?

An automatic mileage tracker records your drives in the background so you don’t have to remember to press Start. MileMarker detects a drive, records its route and distance, and saves it when you park.

Does MileMarker Store My Location on Its Servers?

No. Your drives, routes, and locations stay on your iPhone and sync through your own private iCloud. MileMarker has no account and no third-party analytics SDK in the app. Optional diagnostics are off by default.

Can I Use MileMarker for Business Mileage and Taxes?

Yes. Classify drives as Business or Personal, add a purpose, keep a full mileage history, and export a CSV anytime. Pro also adds IRS Pub 463-style PDF reports and an evidence bundle. MileMarker helps you keep records, but it doesn’t provide tax advice.

How Much Does MileMarker Cost?

Manual mileage tracking, classification, full history, CSV import and export, and one vehicle are free. Pro costs $49.99 per year or $5.99 per month and adds automatic background tracking, reports, rules, Jobs, and multiple vehicles. Every install starts with a 7-day Pro trial with no card required.

Can I Import Drives From Another Mileage App?

Yes. Import a CSV from another mileage tracker, preview the drives before saving, and keep your history together. CSV import and export are included free.
